HOU501c.news is the newest addition to 501c Nonprofit Business Journals. 501c Nonprofit Business Journals launched in 2018 with DFW501c.news, the brain child of Barbara Clark-Galupi, a 20-year nonprofit veteran from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Using her background in fundraising, marketing and social enterprise, each publication is designed to be hyper local and harness the collective power of the local nonprofit sector to:

• Share information, accomplishments and challenges between local nonprofits to help them advance their missions and operations.
• Reduce the burden nonprofits incur for marketing for employees, events and more.
• Take a bird’s eye view of the local nonprofit sector and conduct research and reporting on areas of achievement and improvement.
• Create one place for news, information and resources on nonprofits in North Texas.
