Dress for Success Houston announces promotion and two new hires

Dress for Success Houston announced the recent promotion of staff member Monica Roberts along with two new hires to accommodate growth and their ability to serve more women in the Houston community.

Monica Roberts, who served on the client side for eight years, moves into a newly created role, Director of Strategic Innovation. Monica graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in International Studies and Political Science. She has worked with youth, higher education, and nonprofit organizations over the last decade and a half and will bring a wealth of knowledge about Dress for Success Houston’s programs.

Robyn Johnson, who will fill Monica’s prior position of Director of Professional Development and Education, graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her MBA from Texas Woman’s University. Robyn has extensive experience in business logistics and administration, working for companies across the U.S. to manage allocation.

Long-time volunteer, Jodi Bash, will join the Development team as the Marketing and Communication Associate. Jodi earned her BA in History and English from The University of Texas at Austin, her MA in History from University of Houston, and her MBA with a concentration in Marketing at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. She brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to the Dress for Success Houston team.
