SEARCH Homeless Services, a Houston-area leader in services for the unhoused that complement and partner with shelters and other agencies to fill the gaps for individuals struggling to change their lives, has announced Alexis Loving has been promoted to the role of President & CEO.

Ms. Loving has worked for SEARCH for 12 years in a variety of roles, most recently as Vice President for Programs, directly overseeing all aspects of service delivery to clients. She has also worked closely with the organization’s community partners to drive major systems change within the organization and the community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of Houston Downtown.

“I am honored and humbled by the trust and confidence that our Board has placed in me. SEARCH’s history and reputation are strong, and our future shines bright. I look forward to the tremendous responsibility and joy that come with being SEARCH’s next CEO and to leading this amazing organization as we continue to grow, learn, and innovate,” said Ms. Loving.
