Texas Capital Bank Foundation launches Honors Awards grant program in 2023

Written by Lindsay Tooker

The Texas Capital Bank Foundation is launching its Honors Awards grant program, which will distribute $250,000 across four organizations.

Three awards of $50,000 will be granted for each of the foundation’s giving pillars: Live, Learn, Lift. The fourth award of $100,000 will focus on Supporting Our Troops, Active and Remembered (STAR). All organizations must provide services to low-and-moderate income communities in Texas markets where the bank operates.

Submissions will be accepted from January – February 2023. The board will review and select applications for pitch presentations throughout March. Final decisions about grantees will be awarded in April.

The Texas Capital Bank Foundation will host a webinar on January 12, 2023, from 10am-11am CST to share more about the Honors Awards, how to apply, and what to expect. They will also be sharing best practices for submitting a great grant application. This webinar will be hosted by Effie Dennison, EVP, Head of Community Development and Corporate Social Responsibility and Michelle George, VP, Community Relations Manager.
