Colton Strawser Consulting hires two, promotes one

Colton Strawser Consulting, an Arlington-based nonprofit consulting firm announced two new hires.

Shay Feeney joins the firm as the organization’s new Marketing and Partnerships Manager. Shay has worked in the nonprofit sector for over five years, professionally serving numerous nonprofit organizations. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she earned her B.S in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Shay holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a certification from ToPs® in facilitation. Active in the community, Shay has served as a board member for the Fort Worth chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and co-chaired various roles for both the Dallas and Fort Worth Chapters. In addition to her board service. Shay is passionate about serving her community through volunteering her time, treasure, talent, and testimony.

Philip Gootos is the new Client Services Coordinator. Philip Gootos provides administrative and programmatic support to the Colton Strawser Consulting team. Philip is a recent MBA graduate with a background in data science, real estate, finance, and utilities. During his MBA, Philip learned to write code and developed a great passion for computer science and software development. Philip puts his skills to use to develop value-creating solutions and insights.

Keith A. Ackerman, who has been with Colton Strawser Consulting since May 2022, has been named Chief Operating Officer.

Colton Strawser Consulting is a consulting firm that specializes in working with nonprofit organizations, foundations, and other mission-driven organizations that seek to make a positive change in the world. Strawser, created Colton Strawser Consulting in 2012 to assist organizations in creating change by using practical experience and academic perspectives.
